We are currently hiring one MFT, ASW associate or licensed therapist (Psy D., LCSW, APC, LMFT). in Anaheim California.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Is willing to learn gender development and specialize in it.

  • Wants to start working one day per week and build a private practice with unlimited potential.

  • Does the personal work of self-care, introspection, vulnerability, and growth in order to become a better person and therapist, especially with regard to issues of faith in God.

  • Maintains the highest level of integrity and ethical standards at all times.

  • Is willing to work with a variety of clients such as marriage, blended families, adult sexual addiction, adult men and women’s issues and parents of children with gender confusion.

  • Is responsive and open to feedback from supervisor / trainer and has a growth mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from accredited Master’s Program and working towards licensure in CA.

  • Registered associate: ASW, APC or MFT.

  • Willingness to enter training in gender development.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective clients (provided) and assess their needs for therapy or refer elsewhere.

  • Provide therapy sessions, both in-person and online depending on client need/preference.

  • Collect fees and document each counseling session.

  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards required by our field.

  • Complete free 30-minute consults for prospective clients to assess client-therapist fit.

  • Attends and participates in supervision or training one hour per week.

  • Supervision hours provided by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with advanced training in Gender Development. Supervision is designed to meet California requirements for licensure.
